Note From The Nurse
Hearing & vision screenings will be coming up soon for grades KG, 2nd & 4th. After testing if there is any concern for either hearing or vision a referral will be sent via mail. Please let the health office know if you would like to decline this opportunity for your child. If you are choosing to decline, there will be paperwork for you to sign in blue envelopes. There is no need to sign the paperwork unless you are declining these screenings. Please return this form by Friday, October 14th. Should you have any questions please call the Emmeline Cook Office at 920-424-0152 and ask for the nurse, or email: kristie.last@oshkosh.k12.wi.us

Starting Thursday, October 6th the Girl Scouts will be coming weekly until the end of December. All girls in grades Kindergarten - 5th Grade will be able to attend if they wish (it is not mandatory). They will get to spend their recess on that day with the Girl Scouts working on a project.
