Picture Retake Day Info

If you plan to have your child do picture retakes, whether it is because they missed the first picture day or if you just did not like how the pictures turned out, we are asking you to sign up HERE.  We are asking this so that we don’t accidentally miss sending your child for pictures.

*Need to know how to order…see HERE

Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible

Be Safe: We are heading into the cold and flu season.  Let’s remind students how important it is to to cover our mouths and noses when coughing or sneezing.

Be Respectful: Please remember that our Safety Patrol are only 5th graders who are learning to be responsible and eager to contribute to our school community.  A kind word or encouragement goes a long way!

Be Responsible:  Our Lost and Found is growing too big for the designated area we have for it.  Please talk with your children and see if there is anything that they are missing.  At the end of this week we will clean it out and send off anything left over to a charitable organization.

REMINDER:  Election Day Bake Sale

Voting is more fun when you can buy sweets too!  Please help us with our Election Day Bake Sale at St. Andrews!

This Bake Sale is organized by the Emmeline Cook PTO and all proceeds will benefit the school.  We need your help to make it a success. Here are the many ways you can help:

 1. Bake or buy yummy treats.  If you would like them sold individually, please package them as such.  We are also happy to sell items like pies, lemon bars, etc. as a complete dish.  We just ask that you package and price each item.  You can drop the goodies off at E. Cook during the day on Nov. 7 or drop them off at St. Andrews anytime on Tuesday, Nov. 8 (though earlier the better!).

2.  Help us set up the sale.  We'll be transporting the goods to St. Andrews and setting up right after school on Monday, November 7.

3.  Staff the Sale. We would like to have volunteers staffing the bake sale for the entire length of the election day - Nov. 8.  We have set volunteer time slots (7:00-9:30 am, 9:30 am - noon, noon-2:30 pm, 2:30-5:00 pm, 5:00-6:30 pm, 6:30-8:00 pm), but if your schedule doesn't fit into one of those slots, we'd love to have your help whenever you're available!  Just let us know when you can be there!

4. Buy some goodies while you vote at St. Andrews on Nov. 8 and encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same!

Tell us how you can help by utilizing sign up genius: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4FA5A72EA1F58-election or ecookpto@gmail.com to let us know how you can help!

Thank you to St. Andrews Oshkosh for allowing us this wonderful opportunity to raise money for their neighborhood school and students!
